THE OFFERING
With the business now a decade old, and having helped over 1000 property purchases take place, we need to grow our team, especially as our product revolves around sourcing outstanding properties at volume.
We get our clients excellent return on their investments by focussing on buying in the right areas, with the right returns, arranging all finance, solicitors, refurbishment and management of the property.
Our target market is business owners and busy successful people who want to grow something in the background but don’t have the time or experience required.
A client can invest anywhere from £35,000 upwards and average clients will invest around £140,000. We then buy them properties, which Insight Lettings will then manage, ensuring our clients are successfully on their journey to build an outstanding portfolio over an agreed number of years.
For instance, an initial investment of £140,000 investment will grow (based on 5% property growth) over the space of 10 years to 10 properties and an income of over £80,000 per annum.
