1. Introduction

By accessing the Site or purchasing/using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18 (or the applicable age) you may use the Site or Services only with supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Registration, Accounts & Passwords
If you register for an account (e.g., as a member or student), you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Services & Purchases
4.1. Description. We provide online training courses, webinars, events, mentorship programmes, tools, and related educational resources.
4.2. Order and Payment. When you purchase any Service, you agree to pay the fees specified at the time of purchase. Payment methods and billing information will be provided at checkout.
4.3. Access to Services. Once payment is successfully processed, we will grant you access to the relevant Service as described. Your access may be subject to timetable, live event scheduling, and membership terms.
4.4. No Guarantees. While we strive to provide high-quality Services and may share past results (e.g., “over 200 investment properties”, “100,000 individuals trained annually”), we do not guarantee you will achieve any specific result, profit or outcome by using our Services. 5. Refunds & Cancellations

5.2. Cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule or modify any live event or mentorship session. In the event of cancellation by us, we will offer a refund or alternative access to the Service.

6. Content License, Use & Restrictions
6.1. Our Intellectual Property. All content on the Site and in the Services (including but not limited to course materials, videos, webinars, text, images, logos, trademarks) is owned or licensed by us.
6.2. License to You. Upon payment (where applicable), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only.
6.3. Prohibited Conduct. You may not, without our prior written consent:

• reproduce, distribute, publicly display or perform, adapt, modify, create derivative works of, or sell any part of the content;

• share or transfer access credentials or allow others to use your account;

• attempt to circumvent or disable any security features or digital rights management;

• use the Site or Services for any unlawful or harmful purpose.

7. User-generated Content
